'Partner-owned' means our most important resources--People--drive the innovation, growth, and success that make H-E-B The Greatest Omnichannel Retailing Company.Do you have a:HEART FOR PEOPLE... ability to serve as a trusted advisor to our patients and a leader to team members?HEAD FOR BUSINESS... passion and skills to deliver a best-in-class patient care experience in an integrated patient-centered primary care model?PASSION FOR RESULTS... drive to set standards for personal integrity, honesty, teamwork, transparency, and accountability?We are looking for:- advanced degree or equivalent senior-level experience- clinical experience; experience staffing / managing teams or operating / managing a multi-specialty, multi-provider facility- advanced training or certification in clinic operations managementWhat is the work?Management:- Manages the care team; interviews / hires / coaches / develops staff; ensures timely performance reviews- Onboards / trains new team members- Encourages continuing professional education and development to enhance learning and meet licensing expectations- Guides / directs team members (nurses, hosts, operations leads, and site-specific care navigators, vendors, etc.) to ensure contracts and services performed meet H-E-B Wellness Primary Care (WPC) expectations- Leads day-to-day practice management; partners with Lead Physician and Regional leadership team to guide clinical and administrative operations; focuses on achieving high-quality and high-patient engagement- Implements WPC standards of care and operations workflows- Manages schedules for efficiency and optimal staff coverage, including PRN talent pools- Using WPC patient-centered medical home approach, ensures patient satisfaction and delivery of highest-quality patient care- Leads clinic-wide huddles and team meetings; ensures clinic team is kept informed of corporate / client communications and clinical practice updates- Manages clinical, financial, administrative client, and corporate data; ensures complete, accurate capturing and reporting- Partners with corporate team, Planning and Analysis (P&A), and Regional / Marketing leadership to develop and implement annual clinic goals and operating plans (achieving operating system metrics, practice outcomes, growth targets, population analytics, patient operating performance, and financial metrics); implements / optimizes WPC operating system, ensuring quality and compliance goals and metrics are achieved- Owns / ultimately accountable for clinic financial and clinical performance- Partners with corporate team, P&A team, and Regional / Marketing leadership to develop and manage clinic budgets; identifies / recommends account growth ideas; partners with corporate team to develop plans to maximize client outreach and increase clinic utilization- Identifies / recommends actions to enhance current services; partners with Lead Physician, Medical Director, and Operations leader to develop / implement new servicesWhat is your background?- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or MPH) from a recognized college or university, or equivalent senior-level experience (preferred)- 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)- 1+ years of experience staffing and managing teams or- 3+ years of experience operating and managing a multi-specialty, multi-provider wellness center, or equivalent experience- Experience delivering multi-site, multi-client health care services at scale- Experience in primary care, physical medicine, coaching, and other ancillary services- Experience in outpatient care and urgent care- Experience using analytics information, measuring, analyzing, and reporting key clinical information to patients, care teams, and client representatives- Advanced training or certification in management of clinic operationsDo you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Wellness Primary Care Clinic Manager?- Knowledge of Apple and Google-based technology or client technologies (e.g., MSoft or HP)- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills- Advanced organization skills- Advanced computer skills- Ability to apply a strong work ethic, efficiently focused on results and outcomes- Ability to stay adaptable to changing priorities- Ability to work in a team environment, and autonomously as needed- Innovative, energetic; takes initiativeCan you...- Maintain required continuing medical education / certification- Stand, walk, sit for extended periods- Perform duties requiring a full range of body motion, including potentially handling / lifting patients- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs07-2021Click here to learn more!!
