Come and experience your future!As the Program Manager for the Scaled On Board Electronic Attack program, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and production of the Next Navy Generation Electronic Attack system. This program, with a Total Program Value (TPV) exceeding $3 billion, is critical for advancing the Navy's capabilities in electronic warfare.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Scaled On Board Electronic Attack program, aligning with the Navy's goals and objectives for rapid deployment.Program Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Prototype Development: Oversee the development of prototypes for the Electronic Attack system, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including Navy leadership, government agencies, contractors, and subcontractors.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the program and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on schedule, cost, and performance.Budget and Schedule Oversight: Manage program finances and resources effectively, ensuring that expenditures are within budgetary limits and milestones are achieved on schedule.Transition to Production: Lead the transition from prototype development to full-scale production, streamlining processes and optimizing efficiencies to support rapid deployment to the Navy. Basic Qualifications: -Technical background in engineering or related subject matter area of expertise- Experience building strong customer relationships and driving executive level communications- Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and schedule successfully- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading project and/or program teams- Must hold an interim secret clearance with the ability to obtain a secret clearance Desired Skills: -Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems design and development-Understanding of Lockheed Martin's EW portfolio-Skilled in development project execution with special focus on transition to production-Knowledge of Navy customer set-Broad knowledge of all engineering functions including software, firmware, hardware, RF electronics, systems engineer and integration and test-Significant vendor and subcontract management expertise-Proficient in maintaining and managing Design to Unit Price/Cost (DTUPC)-Ability to operate and excel in rapid prototype design-Capability to work across all levels of team and leadership-Demonstrated reuse exploitation to the minimize development cost and reduce execution risk Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $146,800 - $281,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $168,800 - $318,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
