What You Will Do: Greet and welcome patients to the practice Appointment schedule maintenance Assist patients with filling out forms Prepare patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. Update patient records and specialist correspondence records Schedule follow-up appointments and provide telephonic/electronic reminders. Dental insurance verifications Check patients out and present treatment plans Over-the-counter collections Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, emails, patient communication platform and faxing What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1- 3 years relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Experience working in a dental office. Sound knowledge of dental terminology. Experience working with dental insurance Working knowledge of general administrative practices. Exceptional telephone etiquette. Great organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills.
