Job Title: Service Technician - Entry/Experienced Pay Scale: $30,000 - 70,000 plus Benefits listed below Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Primary Job Function: To perform maintenance/service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards resulting in high quality customer experience. Reports to: Service Manager Benefits: • Family Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision) • 100% Employer Paid Union Pension Plan • 100% Employer Paid Retirement Plan (up to $3.90/hour) • Employer Provided Clothing • Authorized Time Off Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent • Valid driver's license • Insurable driving record • Basic customer service skills. Qualifications desired: • Universal EPA Certification • Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school • Nate certification • 3+ years of experience • Possess tools needed • Basic Understanding of wiring diagrams • Basic Understanding of sheet metal • Basic Understanding of refrigeration
