Neighbors Heating and Cooling is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience to join our team.We are a mid-sized and locally owned company that prides ourselves on our company culture of honesty, respect, and reliability for our team members, our customers and ourselves.We are looking to continue expanding our installation department to include a reliable person who's looking to further their career in the HVAC industry.This position is for someone who already has some experience as an installer and wants to join a crew with a team atmosphere and opportunites for schooling and advancement. We are a registered DOL partner with CEU authority and can also transfer current apprenticeships. Our workload includes a combination of light commericial (15%), Multifamily (45%), and Residential (40%). Our schedule for 2024 includes VTAC's, PTAC's, RTU's, and residential systems in multi-family new construction and retrofit and some residential retrofit installs.Pay Scale: $22-$30 per hour.Work Hours: Four 10's (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Monday - Thursday with optional opportunities for overtime on Friday.Our scheduling allows our team to have the work life balance that is often missing in the HVAC trade.Company Benefits: PTO and holiday pay, Competitive pay structure, Employee discounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Insurance available (Health, vision, dental, etc.), SPIFF Programs including quarterly profit-sharing program and job-based bonuses, CEU's and licensing company paid, bi-weekly direct deposit, payroll completed in house, Company provides shirts and hats, tool account to help with new tool purchases.Required Qualifications:Must have the hand tools required to perform job duties.The ability to move quickly, safely, and efficiently while performing job duties.2+ years' experience in residential HVAC.
