Are you ready to make the move to Air Handler's? Job Title: Service Technician - Experienced Work start and end time: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Overtime and Evenings on occasion - Rotational) Pay Scale: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus bonuses and spiffs. Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with Installs when necessary. Benefits: Health & Dental benefits (50% paid for employee - family plans available), Vision option, Holiday and Vacation pay, Spiffs and Bonuses, Tool Account, Tuition Reimbursement for HVAC courses, Company Uniform, and Company Vehicle. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent • 3 + years experience • Valid driver's license with no DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years. • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. • Experience making repair and replace decisions. • Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment. • Advanced customer service skills. • Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. • Universal EPA Certification • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
