We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Director with a growing law firm in the Madison, NJ area (zip code 07940). This position will be responsible for managing the firm's finance department.Position responsibilities are:- Manage finances for the firm including billing, accounts payable, and payroll as well as financial planning- Manage firm budget- Review financial data, create and prepare financial reports, and review with firm management- Supervise finance team of two direct reports- interface with outside Accountants to review and prepare firm financialsPosition requirements:- Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) - At least 5 years of related experience (law firm experience a plus)- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Clio or other financial software- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail- Experience managing a team- Strong organizational, communication and client relations skills- CPA preferred PDN-9be77da7-12bd-4bc1-8eed-e2255de13ab2
