Position Type: Technology Date Posted: 4/23/2024 Location: Districtwide Date Available: TBD MONTVILLE BOARD OF EDUCATION Office of the Superintendent April 22, 2024 UNAFFILIATED POSITION NOTICE OF VACANCY 23-24 #37 POSITION AVAILABLE IT Summer Helper UNAFFILIATED POSITION NOTICE OF VACANCY POSITION AVAILABLE - District IT Summer Helper Provides assistance for the IT Department for the summer. Imaging computers, installs software, software updates, inventorying hardware, troubleshoots routine hardware, software, network and peripheral problems. Assists in school activities, programs and operations as assigned by the Director of Technology. Demonstrated problem-solving and computer support skills are required. Current knowledge of iOS, Windows 1, Chrome OS. Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to assimilate new knowledge quickly and effectively. Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members and school staff. Punctuality and good attendance are requirements for the position. Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions in accordance with Board policies and established administrative guidelines. This is a temporary job, 30 hours a week from June to August. Hourly Salary range of $15.69 per hour.
