The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and possess the knack for handling transactions with precision and speed. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival at the establishment Efficiently process customer transactions utilizing the Aloha POS system Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns Seize opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized Accurately manage cash, credit, and debit card transactions Aid in bussing tables and maintaining clean dining areas Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service capacity is preferred Proficiency in basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is advantageous Knowledge of food industry operations and culinary terminology is a plus Effective time management skills, especially during peak hours Join our team as a Cashier and dive into a dynamic environment where your customer service expertise shines, and you gain invaluable experience in the food service industry.
