Qlik Architect/ Lead Geo Analytics Operations Manager

Qlik Architect/Lead Geo Analytics Operations Manager 1 year contract Remote The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of expertise as a Qlik developer and a minimum of 3 years managing a team of Qlik developers on projects of various sizes and subject matter. Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Qlik developer. At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Qlik developers. Preferred skills include ServiceNow, SAP, Azure DevOps experience, and Qlik Certification. The selected Candidate will perform the following duties: Manages and/or coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple complex enterprise-wide projects. Develops project teams, provides motivation, delegates work assignments and reviews work product. Manages the design, development, analysis and deployment of dashboards and solutions to extract and convert data from multiple systems. Analyzes the requirements needed to ensure interoperability with other applications and solutions. Performs predictive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex business problems utilizing statistical, algorithmic, data mining and visualization techniques. Monitors existing Qlik dashboards and system for accuracy and efficiency. Manages modifications and enhancements to the system(s). Liaisons with users to ensure satisfaction with the expected outcome of Qlik dashboards. Manages the design, development, documentation and support of data recovery strategies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data restoration in the event of data corruption or data load failure. Manages and provides technical direction regarding test plan development and execution for new Qlik dashboards or changes to existing dashboards. Ensures the development of appropriate and acceptable testing methodology and criteria based on business rules and procedures. Participates in short and long-term planning and strategic development meetings. Makes recommendations for opportunities to improve business processes. Provides support for recommendations including evaluation of other alternatives and analysis of costs. Coordinates the development of technical and functional specifications for dashboards and documents in a standard format. Recommends and implements standards and procedures that relate to Qlik tools, systems and reports. Conducts, attends and participates in meetings and project teams. Advises how Qlik can play a critical role in improving business management and optimization across multiple business processes. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times; streamlines work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service. Performs related duties as assigned.
