As a Staff Pharmacist you will have the opportunity to rotate shifts between Clinical Pharmacist and Surgical/Infusion Pharmacist. Clinical Staff Pharmacist duties include but not limited to medication reconciliation, electrolyte replacement protocols, anticoagulation management, antimicrobial and opioid stewardship, resource for our emergency department, resource for our four rural health clinics and daily rounding with medical providers. This is a full time Staff Pharmacist position. Hours are typically day shifts, varying between 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, with rotating weekends, holidays and some on-call. B.S. or PharmD degree from accredited College of Pharmacy and WI State Board Registration required. Knowledge of EPIC or Omnicell a plus. Minimum starting salary is $53.72 per hour depending on experience.
