What You'll Do: Participate in training sessions to learn proper techniques for operating cutting torches. Assist experienced operators in setting up and preparing torch equipment for cutting tasks. Gain proficiency in safely operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and loaders under the guidance of experienced operators. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting torch and machinery equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in both torch and heavy equipment operation environments. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks within specified timelines. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both torch and machinery operation skills. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and equipment operation is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in torch and machinery operation. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines at all times.
