What would you do as a Direct Support Professionals As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler in Elmira, you will play a crucial role in attending to the daily needs of the individuals we serve. Your responsibilities will involve performing a diverse range of tasks, at times repetitive, to support individuals in developing essential daily living skills and habits.
