Day to Day: Technicians safely apply fertilizers and pest products around homes to protect against a variety of pests, including ants, roaches, spiders, termites, weeds etc. Additional appointments are set to return and address additional problems that may arise on the customer's property, as needed. Deans Services Benefits: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($200 paid over 5 months of employment) We provide an all-expenses paid service vehicle for work Uniforms provided, with paid laundering service Company-paid life insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Health, Dental and Vision Plans etc. 401k with company matching Schedule/Pay: Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday. Apprentice Pest/Lawn Service Technicians start at an hourly pay, working toward commissions/salary base pay. About Deans Services: We are your eco-friendly pest control company, that cares about our customers by protecting the health and property of homeowners and businesses. We are family owned and operated for more than 40 years, providing quality lawn, pest, and termite control in Central Florida. Requirements: We do require a Florida Driver License.
