JDP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Sioux City area! The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.Monday to Friday 6a to 4pFULL RELOCATION PACKAGE-INCLUDING TEMP HOUSING$7,500 + $5,000 Sign On Bonus and 10% bonusResponsibilities:Strategic Vision: Assist in crafting team goals, objectives, standards, and expectations to align with our company's strategic vision.Collaborative Excellence: Forge strong partnerships within departmental lines, working together to achieve collective team objectives.Innovative Thinking: Offer valuable insights to inspire innovative approaches for addressing daily challenges and driving continuous improvement.Accountability Champion: Drive a sense of individual accountability and ownership, encouraging our team members to deliver outstanding results.Performance Oversight: Foster accountability among direct reports, covering crucial aspects such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to our company's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.Requirements:Degree highly preferredPrior experience in food manufacturing is essential, showcasing your industry knowledge and adaptability.Strong leadership experience is highly preferred, reflecting your ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.Past involvement in labor planning and scheduling is a valuable asset, highlighting your organizational and planning skills.
