We are looking to fill a couple of IMMEDIATE POSITIONS within our expanding Customer Service Department. Responsibilities: Manage and service existing customer relationships Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care as we are the face for our clients and the services they provide Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues Provide expertise, support, and hands-on assistance in all realms of the sales process, making sure customers receive the products that they want, when they want, how they want Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company Qualifications: Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads Must have strong written and verbal communication skills The successful candidate must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company Must show the ability to engage and interact with individuals in a professional manner #LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHR
