Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook orders following our recipes Flexibility to work several different stations (Grill, Fryer, Prep, Expedite) Keep your station stocked, prepared, and clean Amazing communication skills A teamwork-oriented attitude Maintain sanitation standards Ability to keep cool under the pressure during busy hours Minimum Job Requirements: Enjoy and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to perform simple math calculations and follow directions for equipment and recipe production Able to speak and listen to team members and Chef for direction Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time Able to work in high-temperature conditions for extended periods of time Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production Able to assess and solve problems to improve our guests experience Able to accept direction and constructive coaching in a positive manner Spanish Speaking Welcome Benefits: Fun environment where lifelong friendships are formed Competitive hourly wage. $15 - $20 hr. depending on experience Flexible schedules 50% discount on park food and attractions Rewards for exceeding guest service expectations Growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision plans available after 60 days full time employment Boondocks Food & Fun is an Equal Opportunity Employer
