Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various practice areas, including personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluations.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and arbitrations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.Manage and prioritize caseload to meet deadlines and client expectations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.Attend client meetings, depositions, and mediation sessions.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Requirements:5-6 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law.Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures in multiple practice areas.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal analysis and documentation.Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Legal research and analysis across various practice areas.Drafting and reviewing legal documents.Client counseling and representation.Trial preparation and advocacy.Negotiation and dispute resolution.Case management and organization.Compliance assessment and advice.
