Practice Area: Immigration - General, Job Type: Partner, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 8 Years, A law firm in Miami is seeking an Immigration Partner with 8+ years of immigration experience to work closely with other partners and senior associates on employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications. The candidate will represent the firm's clients before USCIS, consular, and other government authorities in processing various visas, including E-2 Treaty visas, O-2 visas, and L-1 intracompany transferee visas. Strong drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, fluency in Spanish, and membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one are required. A portable book of business is also required. Duties:Work closely with other partners and senior associates on employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications.Represent clients before USCIS, consular, and other government authorities in processing various visas.Draft and prepare visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.Manage and oversee immigration cases from start to finish.Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on immigration matters.Review and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and policies.Develop and maintain client relationships.Meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraints. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.8+ years of immigration experience practicing in a law firm.Fluent in Spanish.Strong drafting and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within deadlines.Portable book of business. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.
