The Commercial Litigator/Associate Attorney will handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in various industries. The role requires strong advocacy skills, legal expertise, and the ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently. Duties:Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and other commercial disputes.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on legal matters related to commercial litigation. Requirements:Bar admission preferred, with eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation.Strong litigation skills, including legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Bar admission preferred, with eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar. Skills:Proficient in legal research and writing.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
