Duties:Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.Conduct legal research on complex appellate issues and provide strategic analysis.Assist in all aspects of appellate practice, including case evaluation, oral arguments, and client consultations.Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to effectively represent clients in appellate matters.Stay abreast of developments in appellate law and procedural rules. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Appellate and/or federal clerkship experience preferred.Strong legal research and writing skills, with an emphasis on appellate advocacy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills:Exceptional legal writing and editing abilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
