Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/13/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel URGENT Ideal Start Date: 05/13/2024 or 05/20/2024 Length of Contract: 13 Week Contract with the possibility of extension Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Setting: Inpatient Acute Number of Patients per day: 4-6 Patients per day (Patients are scheduled 1 hour for treatment/progress/discharge summary and 2 hours for eval and treatment) EMR: Cerner Will accept New Grad (Y/N): Yes, will accept new grads Years of Experience Required: 0+ Float Requirement: None Weekend requirement: Flexible Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs. Clean non-hokey or ripped denim is permissible on Fridays with PCHS shirt Covid Vaccine: Yes, will accept declination Phone interview required Orientation: 1 – 3 days Required Documents: Resume, AHA BLS Card, PT License, 1 Reference, Skills Checklist, and Covid Vaccine.
