The Opportunity We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will lead the execution of Cyber Ed Board’s membership engagement strategy. As a key part of Cyber Ed Board's engagement & distribution team, the Community Engagement Manager role will require a customer service focus paired with a research & analytical mindset to develop models for understanding Cyber Ed Board’s community. The goal is to engage with executive members to catalyze impact & to backss the effectiveness of distribution for both online & offline engagement efforts. Based on the insight gleaned from analyzing the behavior, needs, & networks of Cyber Ed Board’s digital community, the Community Engagement Manager will help fortify & grow the community with the ultimate goal of elevation & sustainability. In this role, you will work closely with staff across the organization to help strategize new & exciting ways to keep the community actively engaged through the Cyber Ed Board website, app, social media, & community platform while fostering viable relationships to help identify & explore opportunities to maximize sustainability & engagement for optimal performance.
