About the job The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately and benefits administration Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities Assists with establishment of departmental goals and support company strategic plans. Ensure the compliance with all local, State and Federal laws and statutes including labor laws and other governmental regulations. Assisting employees with daily questions and concerns with regard to attendance and vacations; and other program(s) Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to act with professionalism and maintain a professional stance. Strong attention to detail. High level of ethics and integrity. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive records. Experience working with a PEO. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required
