Seeking a Bilingual Consumer Loan Officer passionate about financial empowerment. Use your skills by providing friendly and professional service to our members, and contributing to their financial well-being. Location: Espanola, NM Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Starting Pay: $24.00 hourly Communication: Effective communication skills. Requires proficiency in both English & Spanish. Preferred Experience: Lending and Customer Service. Position involves receiving and processing loan requests via phone, in-person, and website. Preparing documentation, and making recommendation to approving officer, and disbursing funds. Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. You will receive an email after you submit your application that contains a link to complete a skills assessment. The use of a computer is required to take the assessment.
