The ideal candidate should be a skilled-level technician who can perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to specialized areas of repair.If you have the horsepower to join a fast-paced environment and the ability to hit high standards, then apply today!Job Duties: Examines, diagnoses, and discusses the malfunction of the vehicle with the Shop Foreman/Service Advisor for communication to the customers. The Technician provides labor time estimates to the Service Advisor. Replaces transmissions and fuel components as needed. The Technician repairs cooling components and systems including engine cooling and air conditioners. Plans work procedures in cooperation with the Shop Foreman. The Technician completes story or documentation for customer repairs. Conducts routine maintenance work aiming for vehicle longevity and functionality. The Technician maintains strict adherence to dealership policies on customer vehicle care and operations. Job Requirements: Automotive Technician knowledge is required with a high demand for used car experience. Pay is based on experience. Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals. Flexible schedule Wear approved safety gear when in designated work area. Keep work area clean and tidy, in adherence to company standards.
