We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managing a team.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting- Assist with audits and provide necessary financial information to auditors- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practicesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance- CPA certification preferred- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance- Previous experience in a supervisory role- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in accounting software and MS ExcelIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for accuracy and detail, we would love to hear from you.
