Light Industrial Superintendent needed for reputable General Contractor based in Denver. Projects consist of light industrial, ground up and tenant improvements. Client DetailsGeneral Contractor that has a national presence, building light industrial and cold storage buildings, including ground up and tenant improvements. They have an excellent reputation in the Denver market and are looking to expand their team due to the amount of work they have in the pipeline.DescriptionLight Industrial Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following: Run/manage project from start to finish Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
