Job Description SNI has partnered with a well-established medical office seeking a motivated Medical Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire role, based in Mass. This is not your typical clerical position! The ideal candidate will be working in very fast paced office environment, open to learning new things. Schedule will be Mon, Tues, and Thurs 8:30 - 4:30, Wed until 5/6pm and Fri 7-3 Duties include, but are not limited to: * 3 Months full training * Checking customers in * Answering phones * Filing * Data Entry * Various projects Assisting 1 Doctor, 2 Nurses, 2 PA's and 2 Estheticians. There will also be some cross working between the 1st and 2nd floors depending on where the need is. Interested applicants must have previous or recent administrative experience and strong computer skills. Medical Terminology knowledge would be a bonus and excellent patient/ customer service experience are a must.
