The candidate will be representing clients in court or before government agencies. Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients. Advising clients on finance management, business, and legal transactions, social security issues, and Medicare and Medicaid laws. Representing clients in court or before government agencies. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes. Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have previous experience with Real Estate transactions Commercial and Residential, Wills, Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Trusts. Admission to NJ Bar is required. Located in Toms River, New Jersey, the law firm has a diverse law practice. Its practice areas include Business, Commercial and Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Divorce and Family Law, Educational Law, Elder Law, Estate, Wills and Probate, Employment Law, Landlord/Tenant, Mediation and Arbitration, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Municipal Court Matters.
