Duties:Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.Conduct legal research and analysis.Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.Maintain communication with clients throughout the legal process.Manage case files and deadlines effectively.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff. Education:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
