Position Highlights: Gain hands-on experience in care working alongside nurses and other professionals who are passionate about creating a positive impact. Job Summary A sincere desire to provide the highest quality of daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents. The ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with your team. Education and/or Experience Must be 18 years of age. Licensure/Certification/Registration Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire Med Aide certification required if eligible. Work Schedule 6:00am-6:30pm, weekend warrior, work 5/6 weekends for 25% incentive pay; 72hrs/2wks Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $18.25 - $24.00 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
