Responsibilities: • Confirm cleaning list for each client• Clean each and every house on your schedule in the time given so that the client walks in and feels AMAZING• Make clients feel valued!!• Drive to residences to carry out cleaning services• Contribute to hiring, training & checking the work of other Core Values matched cleaners• Enjoy & contribute to our amazing community by leading each of the three interviews (1 on 1, group, working) • Enjoy & participate in weekly meetings, monthly parties & quarterly reviews• Check other cleaners work weekly• Make sure you have all of the supplies and equipment you need to complete your outcomes• Clean all rags and bring them to weekly meetings Qualifications: • We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly• Valid driver’s license required• 1+ year experience as house cleaner preferred, but not required• Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required• Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques Compensation: $18.5 - $21.5 hourly About Company: From one fam to another! We serve residential clients for their recurring cleanings.
