Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist our clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment• Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Expertise in Personal Training: Customize training programs to assist clients in achieving their fitness and health goals.• A Passion for People: If you love working with individuals to help them achieve their best selves, you're a perfect fit!• Create Musical Motivation: Bring your knack for crafting awesome playlists to keep workouts exciting.• Spread Positivity: Energize clients with your motivating high-fives.• Capture Progress: Don't hesitate to snap progress photos during sweaty post-workout moments.• Punctuality Matters: Your commitment to being on time and ready to inspire is unparalleled. Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Must have training experience, a degree in exercise science or a similar field is preferred.
