Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced BCBAs to join our team in the vibrant city of Dunfinak Springs. Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Defuniak Springs, FL (Clinic or In-Home) Position Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design, supervise, and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals for each client. Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans. Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a clinic or home setting.
