LOCATION Houston, TX POSITION SUMMARY This role focuses on the receiving section of the warehouse: both FedEx & checking in surgical implants returning from surgery. This Team Member/Warehouse Loaners position is responsible for coordinating the daily pickups and deliveries of products. This position will ensure the integrity of products in regard to instrumentation and sterile packed kits ensuring that they are 100% accurate before and after cases at the facilities where we operate. Monitoring that everything that is being requested by our Sales Team in the field is shipped to the facilities where we operate with 100% accuracy. Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for products or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes. This position will be required to work in Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word. Must have demonstrated phone skills, ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. This position will need to have the ability to work flexible hours as needed in supporting the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed. This position will need to be willing to work successfully in both an independent and team environment. Up to 20% Travel is required when Cycle Counting out of town. PAY STRUCTURE $21.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | W-2 with no benefits SHIFT DAYS & TIMES Monday-Friday | 9:00a to 7:00p | *Weekends As Needed* QUALIFICATIONS Must live in Houston, TX or a surrounding area. Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified). Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite with specific knowledge of inventory system and Excel spreadsheets as well as Windows Operating Systems. Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player and professional in all settings. Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity. Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic. Must possess adaptability and flexibility. Must have a fully functioning smartphone. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. If hired, you must pass a background check .
