Assistant Manager Position: Full Time Hourly The Watering Bowl is looking for a highly motivated, personable, organized individual who isn't afraid to scoop some poop. The Assistant Manager is responsible for their entire store, which includes the dogs, the clients we serve, the employees at their location, and all customer interactions. This is a high-energy, hands-on position that requires creativity, commitment, and the ability to lead by example. They will also learn through the ranks, from entry level employees to ownership. Each of the following positions or concepts will be part of your training: Daycare Attendant Front Desk Floor Leader Client Communication Dog Behavior Dog Training Coaching & Motivating Employees Problem Solving & Proactivity You will have two performance reviews in your first year to discuss your progress and goals for improvement.
