Job Title: Lead Line Cook (Country Kitchen) Company: Callaway Gardens Location: Pine Mountain, GA Connecting man and nature in a way that benefits both. Callaway Gardens is not just a fun place to visit, it's also a fun place to work! Callaway Gardens is seeking a highly motivated Lead Line Cook to supervise and work with our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have previous food service experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while working a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside culinary employees to ensure the efficient and quality preparation of all food items according to Callaway Gardens specifications Ensure visual appeal, taste, and portion size of all food items meet high standards Monitor inventory and control the production of food items to minimize waste and maintain proper stock Maintain a high level of customer service and work collaboratively with other departments to exceed guest expectations Assume complete kitchen supervision in the absence of the Sous Chef Qualifications: Previous food service experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to perform under pressure and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Supervisory experience preferred Must be at least 16 years of age or older Join our team at Callaway Gardens and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful, natural setting.
