We are looking for experienced Service Technicians for New Holland Auto Care to help grow our 40-bay air-conditioned service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Requirements Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership's and factory standards Qualifications 2 years of technical experience Manufacturer's Certification preferred Automotive Technical/Trade school degree Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality High school diploma or equivalent Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record New Holland Auto Group is a growing company that offers a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support for its associates.
