Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunityandjoinour quest for the best.Essential Functions*: * Service customers at Winchester's Shooting Facilities. * Provide guidance to new and novice shooters. * Operate point-of-sale system. * Work at the Trap and Skeet range and Hand Gun facility, as needed.Position Requirements*: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have knowledge of firearms and ammunition. * Excellent customer service skills, attendance, and safety skills. * Ability to teach new shooters safe gun handling while shooting clay targets. * Prior Clay Target Shooting, Trap and Skeet, and Handgun Target Shooting experience preferred. * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. * During peak season, individuals must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
