Mountaintop StudentsWorship DirectorPart-TimePaid Position: $750 - $1,000 – Monthly (Depending on Experience) Job Description: Lead worship for Middle School and High School services. Middle School services are held Sundays during both services (9:15 and 11:00), while High School services are held Sunday nights at 5:15. This position will include leading a team of volunteers, training up students to lead, and casting vision to Student Ministry of what it means to worship Jesus passionately. Hours: Sunday Middle School Service: 8:00am – 12:15pmSunday High School Service: 2:30pm – 6:45pmAdditional 2-4 hours throughout the week. (Can be remote) Responsibilities: Lead worship for both Middle School and High School services.Program worship for both services. (Planning Center)Schedule volunteers for both services. (Planning Center)Train new volunteers.Lead both worship teams.Train students.Introduce new worship songs periodically.Connect with team externally of service times periodically.Meet with Worship Pastor/Worship Associate Pastor.Meet with Student Staff team. Expectations for Services: Middle School Service: Service driven by tracks with lead vocalist and guitar/piano plus an additional vocalist. (Open to growth dependent on volunteers)High School Service: Service led by worship director with full band.
