Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Children's Behavioral Services Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team at Children's Behavioral Services. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing behavioral intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior modification programs for children with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities. The BCBA will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and teachers on implementing behavior intervention strategies Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior modification programs and make necessary adjustments as needed Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health counselors, to provide comprehensive care for clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and communication with clients and caregivers Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
