The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the foreclosure process on behalf of clients, managing a caseload, and ensuring exceptional client service.Job Details:Duties:Responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm.Utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients.Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure-related pleadings.Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures.Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings.Regular client meetings/updates.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctorate.Dually barred in DC/MD and in good standing.Willingness for routine travel for court attendances within the state of Maryland.Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).Provides exceptional client service.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management, and attendance.Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of working at a fast pace and multitasking.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Education:Juris Doctorate.Certifications:Dually barred in DC/MD and in good standing.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional client service.Problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to manage a large caseload.Detail-oriented and analytical.Legal knowledge and experience in foreclosure matters.
