Medical, dental and vision benefits Retirement plans with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid education for employees and immediate family Uniform allowance Tools provided What we need from you: Operate all hand and power tools, i.e.; power snakes, jitter bugs, and pressure washers common to the trade. Must be capable of all types of soldering, welding, and brazing. Read and interpret blue prints, schematics and shop drawings. Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Problem-solve, using logic and reasoning to find the best solutions to plumbing problem considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Think through and react rightly, both quickly and efficiently, especially in the remediation of emergencies issues. Interpret one-line plumbing design schematics and resolve plumbing design issues in the field and on the spot. What we are looking for: Journeyman plumber license EPA certification preferred Familiarity with Denver codes and regulations Past successful experience in facilities maintenance and or commercial buildings is preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass a criminal background check An honest person who treats people with respect We are an equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
