Location :Morristown IN OPDCity :MorristownState :Indiana (US-IN)Country :United States (US)Requisition Number :34811Position Summary:Job duties include but not limited to: Operations in a Soy Bean Processing facility. Included, but not limited to sanitation, record keeping, housekeeping and team dutiesCore Functions: Operating all aspects of Operations, including recordkeeping, Lab duties, sanitation, and team duties. Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner. Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings. Demonstrate the following core values and guiding behaviors which are expected of all employees at Bunge North America: Integrity, Openness and Trust, Teamwork, Citizenship, and Entrepreneurship. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility. Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures. Skill/Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Strong Communication skills Ability to work at varying heights is required Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others is required. Position requires work indoors & outdoors in extreme temperature depending on season.
