Description Specialization: Pediatric Endocrinology Job Summary: Mission Children’s is seeking a PRN pediatric endocrinologist to join our well-established team in Asheville, NC. Qualified Candidates Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics with specialty certification in pediatric endocrinology Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina Ability to see an average of 12-16 patients per day 95% outpatient & 5% inpatient consults Clinical research & teaching opportunities available, if interested Incentive/Benefits Package: This is an employed position with HCA Healthcare Competitive salary driven by MGMA data and industry benchmarking Benefit offerings that cater to your lifestyle: health, dental, vision, pharmacy, & financial Paid time off About Mission Children’s: Over 60 pediatric subspecialists in 23 different disciplines An average of 3,000 patient admissions to our pediatric inpatient units, including 19-bed pediatric unit, nine-bed PICU, 51-bed level III neonatology unit Approximately 4,500 pediatric surgeries, and 14,000 pediatric visits to our emergency department per year Whether you enjoy outdoor adventures, arts and culture, live music, shopping or fine cuisine, Asheville offers something for everyone!
