Job Type: Ophthalmologist Subspecialty: Surgical Glaucoma Practice Location: Fort Collins, CO Population: 168,000 Reason for Job Opening: Growth Guaranteed salary at market rate for first year with opportunity to shift to high percentage of production model in Year 2. Immediate partner tract that is determined by individual performance and not arbitrary rules set by legacy providers. Faster tract to partnership has been 1 year after placement. Average is just over 2 years. There is no buy-in to partnership. Partnership grant is provided by the organization toward the purchase of partnership shares of profits interest. Competitive benefits package that includes CME allowance and leave allocation, paid leave in first year, licensure expense coverage, Board certification expense coverage, MD professional organization expense coverage, and full expirable and credentialing management with little to no onus on the provider while employed with us. Highly skilled technician core allocated based on expected encounter volume. Lead technician assignment after practice has been established. All technicians are scribe trained and can float in and out of technician and scribe roles seamlessly. Practice focused on technology and improvements to the patient and provider experience with innovative workflows aided by technology. Appetite for being on the cutting edge of equipment and techniques in the field of ophthalmology. OD supported practice to ensure that MDs are working at the top of their license and can shape the most beneficial case mix for their desired practice. Metrics driven organization with full provider level data transparency that aids providers in understanding their own performance, practice patterns, support staff utilization patterns, and compensation. This transparency helps our MDs become part of shaping their practices to meet their individual professional and financial goals.
