Position Description: Somafina LLC is looking for a finance professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Applicant must have excellent technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quick Books and Fishbowl are a plus. Responsibilities: · Perform financial analysis and modeling.· Assist with the preparation of financial plans and budgets.· Analyze and interpret variance to plan.· Cash forecasting.· Assist with bank reporting.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Drive financially optimal decisions.· Assist with M&A activities.· Assist with audits.· Special projects Education Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; with at least 2 years related quality experience in a financial environment.· MBA/CPA/CMA are a plus Competencies/skill Qualifications: · Advanced understanding of financial and accounting principles.· Excellent written communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.· Prior manufacturing environments a plus.· English Proficiency required. Physical Requirements: · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; converse and listen; taste or smell. This is an in-person position.
