If so, Tethr, a leader in the application of Machine Learning and AI for Conversation Intelligence, is looking for a bright and talented individual to intern with our team. The Service Delivery Internship is a temporary full-time paid position, up to 40 hours per week, available between June 3, 2024, through August 16, 2024. This is a remote-based position, but some in-person collaboration may be required. Therefore, we can only consider individuals who reside in the following cities/states for the term of the internship: Austin TX, Houston TX, Dallas TX, Denver, CO, Minneapolis/St Paul MN, or Charleston, SC. In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience in: Working with real-world speech data from customer interactions using industry-leading software. Uncovering relevant trends, patterns, and insights within customer conversations, aimed at helping Tethr’s customers gain significant improvements in cost reduction, customer churn mitigation, revenue optimization, and quality management. Contributing to the development and implementation of data-driven insights leveraging Machine Learning and AI. Creating clear and concise reports and presentations to share your findings with different teams across the company. Working alongside diverse teams to translate speech analytics insights into actionable plans. Learning about the latest trends and innovations in speech analytics technology. Contributing to the ongoing development of our cutting-edge speech analytics platform. Creating stories from data analysis and communicating them to clients. Creating, editing, and managing custom dashboard reports. Helping manage and maintain solution libraries that can be used across customers and industries. Brainstorming value-added features and applications to use the available technology further. Key responsibilities: Using a curious and intuitive approach, determine what call events (keywords and phrases) to train the software to recognize as structured data to support analytics and business goals Analytical and knowledgeable, recognize pertinent language patterns in both English and one of the languages below and conversational content that leads to business value Help translate a decade of researched-backed insights into other languages enabling Tethr to better serve customers internationally. Review, calibrate, and validate the quality of data to verify analysis requirements We’re looking for someone who: Is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program. Linguistics, Languages, Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related majors are a plus! Fluency in one or more of the following languages is required: Mandarin (Chinese), Japanese, Korean, German, French Has a strong interest in data analysis and is eager to learn new tools and technologies. Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present complex data insights. Thrives in a collaborative remote environment. Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Resides in the following cities: Austin TX, Houston TX, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Minneapolis/St Paul MN, Charleston SC. Why intern with us?
