Executive Chef : (Golf Club) Salary: 95,000 : 115,000 Location: Santa Clarita, CA I am thrilled to announce my collaboration with a thriving Golf Club that is in the midst of expanding its personnel. In light of remarkable progress, they are on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Chef to enhance their culinary team with a blend of innovation, enthusiasm, and drive Responsibilities: * Lead the propertys culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customers expectations* Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence* Create and develop menus to reflect the restaurant concepts* Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork* Ensure that the kitchen is staffed appropriately* Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation* Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management* Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: * Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar establishment* Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast:paced environment* Previous Club experience is a must* A well:rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members* Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time:management skills* Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred Interested?
